We are excited to announce the launch of a new pilot program aimed at forming a peer mentoring community specifically for instructional track faculty (ITF) of all ranks from any department on campus. This initiative is co-sponsored by the Office of the Provost and the Center for Teaching. A peer mentoring community is a group of individuals with similar experiences or goals who meet regularly to support each other's professional or personal development by sharing knowledge, insights, and challenges. We are excited to introduce ourselves as your co-facilitators:
-Lori Adams, Professor of Instruction in Biology
-Ben Hassman, Associate Professor of Instruction in Rhetoric
