Robert Peck
Wyoming native Robert H. Peck joined the Rhetoric faculty in 2018 after graduating from Iowa’s English MFA program. As a teacher, his focus is on empathetic assessment and assignment design; as a writer, his work has appeared in national magazines, and he’s an award-winning Wyoming Press Association columnist. He uses his experience as a journalist, personal essayist and social media content moderator to shape his classes, which he’s taught for a range of departments around campus. In his free time, Robert is an avid birdwatcher—his favorite species is the Canada goose! 🪿
